Long known as a traditional glassware company, Libbey sought to evolve its brand perception to a trend-forward, full-spectrum tabletop solution provider. The Libbey Professional Insights platform invigorated a fresh approach to reaching operators in the foodservice and hospitality channels.
We focused the 2018 and 2019 Insights campaigns on artistic, entrepreneurial chefs and mixologists โ helping energize operators with the creativity of their peers.
An emphasis on innovative influencers appealed to both growing micro chain and independent segments, as well as traditional chains who were hungry for disruptive thinking. Print, digital, and experiential trade show appearances all embodied this theme.
The platform’s success has helped evolve perception of the Libbey brand, encouraging operators to see Libbey as a consultative partner in realizing their vision.
